Text Manipulation- Chloe Biggs
Using photoshop I have manipulated text and experimented with a variety of different ways that I can change it.
In this screenshot I am adding the background in white and choosing what I want the text to say. For example, 'Text Manipulation'.

In this screenshot it shows that I have successfully added the text onto the background. I also changed the sizeof the text to 48 by going to the top left and selecting which size I waned.

In this screenshot it shows that I have edited the font of the text by going to the top left hand corner and selecting the font that I want. I chose Rockwell Extra as my experimental font.

This is a screenshot of the text after I had changed the colour of the text to blue by selecting the colour blue at the top right and adding it to the text layer.

In this screenshot it shows that I am adding an extra layer to it on top of the background and texts. This allows me to add different effects to the text. I did this by clicking rasterise text layer which added the layer.

This shows that I have added stroke to the text to give it a black border. I did this by going on layer style and then selecting the stroke box. There are also lots of other different effects there that I could potentially use when editing text in the future.

In this screenshot it shows the editing process where I have stretched each individual letter of the text. This makes the text look more creepy and sinister which therefore could be used in a horror genre.

This screenshot shows the final stages of after I stretched and altered the text.
